Quality Assurance: Incoming Inspection

2024/12/13 Doorbladeren: 264

In order to strictly control product quality, we have established a strict supplier evaluation and identification process to ensure that every partner meets our quality standards and business requirements. The previous article introduced our screening and qualification review of suppliers. This article mainly introduces our inspection of received goods:

1. Packaging Check

Based on the product, verify if the packaging is complete, correct, and contains relevant information about the shipment:
Inspect the external packaging for any damage, including sealed edges and clear external markings.
Ensure that internal fillers are effective in protecting the product.
Compare against company packaging standards to ensure the correct materials are used.

2. External Visual Inspection

Perform a visual inspection of each electronic component to verify that its appearance meets procurement and basic type requirements:
Check the model and surface markings of the components to ensure that text labels are clear and accurate.
Inspect for any physical deformities, such as body warping, chips, or rough edges on corners.
Ensure that the component surfaces are free from cracks, debris, or any third-party attachments.

3. Document Check

Validate the accompanying documentation to ensure that the information aligns with the requirements:
Cross-check the delivery note against the purchase order to confirm the quantity, progress, and consistency.
Match company data with supplier information, including labeling standards, manufacturing address, and delivery dates.

4. Batch Verification

Conduct batch-level verification:
Confirm batch format and highlight important markings or signatures for each component.
Use time and logistical details to verify individual parts.

Incoming inspection is a critical step for verifying and validating materials or electronic components received through import or procurement, ensuring that the quality of incoming products meets required standards. In subsequent articles, we will further introduce the relevant processes of product quality inspection、inventory management and after-sales service to fully demonstrate our professional capabilities and service commitments.
